Reiki Programme for Children - 3 August 2019
6 to 11 years
Children have a natural awareness of energy around them, and this workshop helps them to understand what they are seeing and experiencing.
Reiki can benefit children by promoting relaxation and confidence. It can help with stress, illness and skills to help with learning disabilities.

Reiki for Kids

Reiki for kids is designed to be fun and interesting for children who have an awareness of their energetic being and would like to spend time in a nurturing, supportive atmosphere which allows them to explore their innate potential. The children will get in touch with subtle energy and learn simple methods of using Reiki. Children have a natural awareness of healing energy and can often see it. They are very close to the flow of life. It is easy for them to learn Reiki. We honour their unique perspectives and present Reiki a way they can understand.
