Our Noordhoek store is turning 5 🎉 Like any five-year-old, we’re full of energy, a little cheeky, and obsessed with snacks, but the organic kind, of course. We’ve learned to walk, talk and stack shelves really well… and we’re only just getting started.

Thank you for growing with us, cheering us on, and popping in for your weekly shop, your emergency oat milk, and those "just browsing" visits that somehow always end with a full basket.

With the rain setting in and the fire crackling, there’s no better place to be than gathered in the kitchen, cooking up something comforting and delicious. 🍷🔥

Why not make a lasagna the whole table will love? We've got everything you need:
🍝 Grain-free pasta
🥩 Ethically sourced mince (or tempeh mince for our vegan friends)
🧀 Ethically sourced cheese and milk (or vegan-friendly alternatives)
🌿 Fresh, organic veg

Easy Lasagna Recipe (meat or vegan):

Ingredients:
1 pack grain-free lasagna sheets
500g Ryan Boon mince or 500g tempeh mince
1 jar tomato pasta sauce or homemade
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Olive oil
Cheese of choice (dairy or vegan)
1–2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
2 tbsp flour (regular or gluten-free)
Salt, pepper, herbs to taste

Method:

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add mince and brown. Pour in pasta sauce and simmer.

For white sauce: in a separate pan, whisk flour into a little oil or butter, slowly add milk, stirring until thickened. Season to taste.

In a baking dish, layer sauce, pasta, white sauce, and cheese. Repeat layers.

Bake at 180°C for 30–40 minutes until golden and bubbling.

Serve with a simple green salad and a warm loaf of sourdough or gluten-free bread.

Our Quest

All Things Earthly is your local organic and ethical grocery shop, offering integrative living made easy. We offer customers locally grown produce, chemical- and preservative-free groceries, cruelty-free body care and eco-household products. All of our products are healthy alternatives to the products available at conventional supermarket chains. Our flag ship store at The Noordhoek Farm Village in Cape Town serves the local community, as well as the rest of the Southern Peninsula.

All Things Earthly aims to bring together a community of conscious consumers who make well informed decisions about their food, lifestyle and environmental impact. Integrative living is a journey that includes mental, physical, and spiritual health.

Objectives: 1. Convenience - everything in one shop, opening hours 7 days per week 2. Location - be the local organic shop in the area 3. Knowledge sharing - provided in store by our trained staff| 4. Carefully selected products – all our products are organic, locally produced, eco friendly, and free from chemicals and preservatives

We are Talitha Kotze (from Healthy Kids are Cool) and Diane Willson du Toit (from Knōsh Earth Food and Terra Mammas). We are two highly driven women who already run our own businesses, as we multitask our roles as moms, wives, sisters, daughters, friends and purposeful spirits of the universe.
