MEC for Health and Wellness Ms Nomantu Nkomo Ralehoko, is currently engaging and assisting patients recieve medication at Thelle Mogoerane Hospital Pharmacy.
This is part of MEC’s Desk initiative which provides a real-time communication channel between patients and the MEC, giving them the opportunity to share their experiences and raise service delivery concerns directly.
This platform also demonstrates leadership, accountability and responsiveness, reinforcing the Department’s commitment to improving patient care.
Through these engagements, the Department continues to prioritise quality healthcare and ensure that patient voices lead to meaningful action.
