When the new treatment goes well, but once again...your skin just WONT play along....

Yes, shaved again...and it's OK....I cried...yes...but when you see your hair thinning, it's just a reminder daily....then half of your head feels like someone is pulling on your hair folicles constantly...not making it comfortable...and tender all the time...so I took the plunge....cried before my dad shaved it...cried while he shaved it...

But still grateful....that I have just a tiny taste of the treatment side-effects so far....almost 2 months in...

Thank you God, for your gracious mercy over my family, thank you God for your grace over my life...thank you Lord that I am your daughter

Set a goal for yourself....a cancer diagnoses is not a death sentence to me...it is a wake-up call....

I feel that God is nudging me towards my best possible life....so keep going...no matter what...

Do it for yourself, and for those eho lost their battle...

Getting fit and looking after your nutrition, is vital when on treatment....do what you can, to get your body moving...

Support your body, keep it strong💪 and healthy, get enough sleep💤, hydrate💦hydreate💦, do some grounding🌳 and journal your feelings......
