Today is world obesity day

The best news is that obesity is now recognized as a chronic illness.

Diet and lifestyle is not enough, althou it remains one of the keys to success.

Complications include diabetes, hypertension, sleep apnea and a whole range of cancers.

A 10% weight loss already makes a difference!!

Diagnosis is moving away from BMI. Rather use your middle to length ratio ( must be less than 50%)
