Many a times we displace/musk our real feelings in other feelings that are not necessarily the main issue, but symptoms of the underlying! We often withdraw in silence when we are angry, or our deep seated pain manifests in anger( internalised or externalised) Reaching out to unleash ourselves is often barrely impossible...the result of all this is evident in our lives and in our relationships with those around us.
