We are excited to welcome a detail-oriented and proactive Salon Assistant to our team. You will be instrumental in supporting our salon operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both our clients and stylists. Your organizational skills and effective communication will be key in managing appointments, client inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

- Manage appointment scheduling and client communications through various channels, ensuring a smooth booking process
- Assist stylists with preparation for services
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain an organized and efficient digital filing system for client records and salon documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support the team with inventory management, including tracking supplies and placing orders as necessary
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new processes that enhance salon operations.

- Social media savvy
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

-Experience with salon management software or scheduling
- Knowledge of hair care products and services with an emphasis on natural hair care and maintenance

- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems
