Rescue Maid and caregiving agency has added few course for Gardeners, Nannies, Maids and care givers:
✅Child care training :how to prepare milk, preparing baby foods and purees, performing CPR on babies, check temperature and BP, administering medicine etc ( for nannies and maids only)
✅ Baking, how to set the table and how to prepare certain local dishes ( selected baking courses not all)
✅ Security training for gardeners, how to handle dogs. ( For gardeners only)
✅ General First Aid training ( this applies to all employees: gardeners, Nannies, maids and caregivers)
✳️ Certificates are issued after the training
✳️ Training fee is k1000
✳️ Fingerprints are a must for all employees
✳️ All employees will have IDs and uniform ( both living in and commuters)
For those who wish to have their own maids trained: you can either bring them home or have them trained in your homes. Training is 2 weeks and with a certificate.
Prices and salaries
✅Pick up fee for full time employees: K450 ( this includes free replacement within 30 days if you get a poor performance from employee and a free relief maids to cover the the employees absence)
✅Relief maids to work for a short time:k250
✅ Maids and nannies salary's k1300 which may increase depending on the extra duties you want them to perform
✅ Gardeners salaries k1500 which may also increase depending on the extra duties you would want them to perform
✅ Full time care givers k2000 home care and k2500 with hospital bedside care
✅ K3500 with nursing assistance
✅ Hospital bedside care k500 per day ( bathing, feeding inclusive)
