About Passive Income.
Yes, work smart. But don’t be cheated. Working smart has never been an altanative or substitute to working hard, they go hand in hand. These same richest people you see are some of the hardest working individuals I have ever met in my life.
Hang out with a successful person, be it in business, career professional, musician, sports, and you will realise that the amount of man hours, research, phone calls, meetings, emails and general labour they are pumping in is frankly insane. It should get to wonder how much more they had pumped in to get to the top if thats how much they are still pumping in to just to stay there.
DO NOT start a business unless you are willing to work really hard, lose some friends and estrange some relationships. Because becoming successful is a very rough and strenuous process. It requires patience and self sacrifice. Ask anyone actually successful... anyone. And if they tell you that it is easy, they are fraudulent.
These silly theories about making money passively, without any meaningful work is the reason the majority of the population will never escape poverty. Most people in Zambia are so unproductive. They rest too much. Putting in less than 4 hours of actual work per day. How can we develop as a country if the majority are doing nothing most of the time?
Be hands on. Whether it’s farming, services, products, real estate, trading... you the owner, you are the vision bearer and no matter how intelligent you are, you can never delegate, or outsource that.
