I am making a home inside myself.
A shelter of kindness, where everything is forgiven, everything allowed - a quiet patch of sunlight to stretch out, without hurry, where all that has been banished and buried is welcomed, spoken, listened to - released.
A fiercely friendly place I can claim as my very own.
I am throwing my arms open to the whole of myself - especially the fault-finding, not-good-enough, falling apart-parts.
I am making a home inside myself where compassion grows all the truest things, and grace blooms in grand and glorious abundance.
I will light a candle, pour a hot cup of tea, gather around the warmth of my own blazing fire. I will howl if I want to, knowing this flame can burn through any perceived problem, any prescribed perfectionism, any lying limitation, every heavy feeling.
I am making a home inside myself free of self-enflicting constraints. Filled with the richness of laughter, joy and play.
With each breathe I take I connect to all the trees and forests around me. Inhaling the glorious gift of being alive and exhaling all the echoes of my past thats no longer serving me.
I drink the sacred waters of transformation. I bathe in raindrops, rivers and infinite seas.
I look up in awe at the moon and give thanks for her healing white light
I AM HOME.
Rooted and grounded in Mother Earth.
I look up to the friendly sky and whisper, HALLELUJAH. Feeling it vibrating through my bones.
Watch now as I burst into blossom.
