GOOD MORNING
For the Month of October I have a fitness challenge for anyone who is interested in joining me. The daily *100 Challenge!!!!!!*
100 Push-Ups
100 Squats
100 Crunches
100 Pull Ups (Optional)
I challenge us all to attempt this and increase strength.
These can be broken over the course of a day, they don't have to be obtained in one sitting or attempt. For example you can do 10 of everything every hour. Completing it after 10 hours.
You can break them apart depending on what you feel you can achieve.
