Protect your privates, secure your future.

It is important to take care of our s*x organs, and the system as a whole.
Reproductive health hygiene involves the daily practices such as washing of clothes, regular change and good disposal of menstrual tools (such as pads and tampons), safe s*x practices, as well as ge***al hygiene.
If not practiced, unhygienic behaviors lead to many diseases, such as prostate and cervical cancer (suffered by both males and females respectively), stroke, hypertension, and even s*xually transmitted infections (STIs).
By maintaining good reproductive hygiene, we clean bacteria that cause infections reducing bad smells, support good mental well-being, save money on health expenses, and improve our livelihoods.
Let’s continue to encourage each other to live happily and healthy, creating safer and healthier communities.

The Underestimated Power of Healthy Hobbies.😎⚡️

Ever had one of those days where you just feel, void? No chores, no assignments, no pending work. It’s just you and your free time? For many of us the first thing that comes our mind is “steady chilling”😂 (Headsets + Music/Netflix + Groove + Sleep.. the perfect combo you would say). But we often overlook the power of healthy hobbies and how they improve our daily lives. A hobby is an activity we enjoy doing during our free time. What sets aside healthy hobbies from unhealthy ones is the short and long term impacts they have on our lives. Unhealthy hobbies such as alcohol abuse don’t give our bodies chance to rest leaving us tired, fatigued and depressed. To top it off they destroy our bodily organs leading to sickeness and even death. Imagine having to go to school or work after a night of groove, draining right? Now, healthy hobbies such as sports and physical activity help boost our immune system which helps us fight diseases. They stimulate our body hormones, namely dopamine, which gives us an increased feeling of calmness, peace and happiness. No one likes stress right? Activities such as drawing, meditation and dancing boosts our mental health, improving our concentration in work or school and supports good wellbeing. Healthy hobbies also boost your intelligence, which allows you to plan and make informed decisions which can save you money.
The beauty about healthy hobbies is that they are special to everyone because we all like unique things. You can exercise, sing or dance along to your favorite tune, or draw your favorite picture. It also helps to share similar hobbies with others in order to encourage and maintain healthy habits, such as regular fruit and vegetable intake when snacking (for the foodies😂). By doing so, we save resources and improve our daily wellbeing leading to a healthier society.
Let’s spread the word! Tell a friend.. Whenever you think of buying that candy, snack or soft drink, think of your favorite fruit instead. You’ll be shocked at the wonders it will do for you. Stay connected.

Next to the brain and heart, the hands serve as the most crucial parts of our bodies. We use our hands everyday for personal care, communication, and many daily activities. It is important to wash and sanitize our hands before cooking, eating and after using the toilet.
We wash our hands properly by rubbing between our fingers, scrubbing the front and back of our palms, and cleaning our nails. After washing our hands, it is also important to dry them thoroughly as wet hands spread germs easily.
By doing so, we prevent infections leading to NCDs.
