She is a Level 5 certified Teacher offering AntiGravity® Fundamentals, Barre, Restorative, Suspension, Yoga, Pilates and D-Kink techniques. With decades of Practice and a Teacher's Heart, she has had a 40 years plus commitment to exercise and health. Starting with dedicated Pilates practice after a car accident she developed a love for Yoga, then found movement in three dimensions in a Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock. She loves sharing the benefits of spinal decompression, increased balance, flexibility and strength, along with the flow of positive endorphins from being suspended in a hammock.
