Thank you for submitting your application to Avant Healthcare Professionals. We sincerely appreciate your interest in our program. After a thorough review of your application, we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with your application at this time as you have not yet gained sufficient experience as a Registered Nurse. In your application, you stated that you have None of experience as an RN, however, we require at least 12 months of RN experience in an Avant-qualifying setting.

There are many factors we consider when reviewing candidates for our program to ensure their successful placement with our clients in the US. These include:

Role. We need to see that a candidate is currently working full-time (36+ hours per week) as a licensed Registered Nurse in a bedside nursing role.
Specialty. Our most successful candidates are currently working as RNs in adult acute care inpatient settings in units such as Medical-Surgical, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), High Dependency Unit (HDU), Emergency Room/Accident & Emergency (ER/A&E), Operation Room (OR), Telemetry, Cardiac Care Unit (CCU), etc.
Healthcare Facility. We look for candidates to be working in a hospital or healthcare facility that has at least 80 inpatient beds. The facility must have standard modern medical equipment to create an environment where nursing care can be provided and experienced at a level similar to US standards.
Experience. While we review previous experience, we need to see that a candidate’s current experience meets these requirements, that they have been in their current qualifying role for at least 6 months, and that they have at least 12 months of total qualifying experience.
