ESCAPE FROM UNZA RIOT
It was a sad day for many BC sponsored students, when the anticipated meal allowance didn't reflect in the accounts.Students were clashed to the core. Many of them were unsettled, I mean they were white washed, many others were triggered to rush to the road side (Great East Road).
Not so long, we locked ourselves in our room π.Then, we saw some Teargas canisters closer to our broken windowπ.Imwe(You people), Teargas managed to pe*****te through the window to our tiny room (lower Deck Kwacha 5-1).It was a terrible experience being a fresher full of hope and seeing Teargas canisters live.Teargas canisters which I used to watch in Anold Schwarzenegger movies and in Silver Stallion movies now one on one with my eyes π.First of it's kind, thoughts begun. This is 19 something, where do I goπ€ No idea about going to the Lodge because I have never been to any Lodge π.The only place in mind was INTERCITY BUS TERMINUS.Shortly, I started off, I booked a Taxi from Kalingalinga to INTERCITY BUS TERMINUS.Reaching INTERCITY BUS TERMINUS, I saw around and the closest bus I saw was "RED BOMBER. "That was around 21 something.I told the conductor my situation and I was allowed to be on the bus up to 04hrs.Soon, hoots started, time check 04hrs already π€.I said thank boss appreciating the conductor's gesture and I wished him and everyone on board safe journey. To them the journey begun as all buses' Engines were running. To me it was yet another sad journey of going back pa UNZA π.To my pleasure the situation had calmed down ππ½.Early in the morning I told mum about what happened last night.I did so to avoid triggering a running stomach. It's her automatic response whenever any of us-her kids are passing through an alarming circumstance. Now,
Whenever, I see RED BOMBER BUS passing I always remember that dayπ₯°.
A bus everyone should board any day any time π
