"STRENGTHEN YOUR BACK"

Backache is the most common pain disorder today. Eating Habits and poor posture is one of the major cause. Here I am sharing some home remedies that can be easily done to get relieve from spasm of the muscles that causes pain.

PINEAPPLE JUICE: Pineapple juice contains an enzyme called bromelain, it increases the blood circulatin in the affected area and reduce swelling.

GARLIC: It has the pain relieving properties. Add 8-10 cloves of garlic in 60 ml coconut oil. Fry them till they turn dark brown. Apply this oil in the affected area. Continue this treatment atleast for half a month.

HARAD: A small piece of this fruit to be eaten after every meals.

POTATO: Keep the raw potato poultice directly on the affected area to reduce swelling and pain.

REMEMBER:
• When standing or sitting for long time change your posture occassionaly to prevent lower back pain.
• Avoid wearing heels.
• Avoid slouching on couches.
• Some Aasans are beneficial for the back pain : bhujangasan, shalabhasan, halasan and shavasan.
• Last but not the least try to maintain your ideal body weight and take proper rest.
