Patient came in with history of falling down while playing football, Open reduction internal fixation plate and screws of the radius was done. Patient was discharged on the second day of admission.

KNEE REPLACEMENT DONE!

Patient came in with complaints of painful both knees especially the left knee. After doing sessions of physiotherapy the pain did not subside, On physical examination patient presented with an unstable gait due to left knee severe pain. X ray confirmed bilateral advanced osteoarthritis with the severity more on the left knee.After confirmed investigations and indication for a left total knee replacement surgery was reached, Patient underwent surgery ,Pain management done according to Zambia Italian Hospital esteemed nursing care and patient was mobilized on both limbs after 3 days awaiting discharge on day 4...
