We are excited to announce the selection of 12 African startups for the 6th AlphaExpo Micro-Accelerator and Pitch Competition at the 10th Africa Fintech Summit in Lusaka, Zambia, on Nov. 2-3, 2023. Selected startups will attend, exhibit and pitch at the summit free of charge.
The AlphaExpo program is an initiative designed to support early-stage startups by enabling them to pitch at the Africa Fintech Summit, demo their products, meet potential investors, partners, and customers, and clinch growth-enabling prizes.
Since the first AlphaExpo at AFTSLagos in 2018, the program has witnessed the participation of over 50 different startups from across 13 different countries. Past participants have collectively raised nearly $200M from investors like Google and Coinbase, and several have gone on to participate in programs like Y Combinator.
