*WE ADVISE ALL OUR SELF ESTEEMED CUSTOMERS TO ONLY CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THE ADMINS OF THIS GROUP.*
*Terms & Conditions*
- *Cash Orders* This is a standard online purchase just like you order from Alibaba or Amazon. Though with *BMK* you don't pay full amount when making orders, with us you are required to make 60% payment, then when the item arrives, you pay the remaining balance immediately upon collection and a receipt is given.
- *Lay-Buy* is accepted and shall be paid in 3 months installments
- Company reserves the right to terminate any Unsettled Lay-Buy that is not cleared within the stipulated timeframe of 90 Days and *NO* refund shall be given. Any Outstanding Part Payment shall be exchanged with any item equivalent to outstanding part-payment amount.
- *Hire Purchase* is accepted & shall be paid within 3 months of first installment and a 5% interest fee shall be added upon failure of payment in that particular month as part of the Hire Purchase Policy.
- The company reserves the right to Claim back the item(s) from the customer, Failure to make full payment within the stipulated timeframe of 3 months, on items bought on Hire Purchase and no refund shall be given back to the customer upon forfeiting back the item(s) to the company.
- *60%* first Installment fee shall be paid for goods that you pay for either full cash on delivery or on Hire Purchase and the remaining balance you shall pay in the next two months.
- All pre-ordered goods should be collected within 3 days from day of receiving a PickUp Notice for Items bought on Hire Purchase, Lay-Buy & Full Cash On Delivery Orders.
- A *20%* discount rate shall be given to one item, if a client makes a total purchase of items worth K21,000 in one particular month.
- A *K10* daily storage fee shall be implemented for goods not collected within 3 days of pickup notice.
- All our goods are imported and they shall arive in Zambia in a period between 7-14 days if no possible delay to affect transportation, such delays include but not the least: Riots, Price increase, Vehicle damages, accidents, clearing, Item damage, items theft, etc....before importation & ready for collection.
- Cross boarder business is not *EASY* and clients are advised that as such, all items bought under cross boarder might come with cosmetic dents, broken parts, etc....in this case, our company does not give guarantee or warranty nor insurance cover for such items imported as such is not our fault as we also use public transportation. All clients shall purchase items on their own discrete and company shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to the items during the transportation as we are not the ones who drive the trucks nor control the trucks movement.
During shipping;
(a) Clients shall not claim for any damage or loss to the items imported, but the company shall give a 3% discount for items that have been partially damaged.
(b) Clients who reject the items after being imported and request for a refund or replacements shall have to wait for the company to sell such an item before the replacement or refund is made.
- All goods shall be collected from Chilenje Chuswe road, house number 37, as it is our current llpickup point. Delivery within lusaka is at a fee using our own delivery truck, and Those outside lusaka shall provide us with their pickup location and goods shall be delivered to them at a Fee via public transport.
- All goods ordered should be confirmed before purchase this includes Colour of your choice, Model & Brand Name. In an event a customer receives goods they did not order, please refer to subsection (b)
(b) When we post an item, payment should be done within 12hrs from the time of posting to avoid potential replacements of items. So if payment is not ready within 12hrs, then consider the advertising *Expired* because when you make payment late, chances are 50/50 if the advertised item will still be there in stock.
- All refunds shall attract a penalty of 20% inconvenience fee and refunds shall be processed during working hours in a period of 10 to 30 days if no delay is subjected at short notice.
- All goods bought shall first pass physical inspection upon collection, and any factory defaults shall be noted down for service by the business owners
- *YOU SHALL NOT TEMPER WITH ITEMS THAT HAVE DEVELOPED A FAULT. ALL ITEMS THAT SHALL BE TEMPERED WITH UPON RETURNING THE ITEM(S) BACK FOR EXCHANGE WITH ANOTHER ITEM(S) SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED*
- Our Company shall not be held liable for any faults that will occur after collection and inspection. All faults shall be owners duty to fix as our business *DOES NOT ISSUE OUT ANY GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY* to items that we supply as it is not our store
