How it happens?
It is scientific therefore we will discuss science a bit. Here we go!
Er****on is controlled by the parasympathetic system of the brain which is triggered by sight, thought, touch and smell.
Specific areas of the brain triggers specific areas of the spinal cord. The spinal cord regions have sacral segments S2 to S4 of which S2 controls pelvic flow muscles, bladder and bowel movement. S3 regulates a**l and sphincter muscles while S4 controls pelvic flow muscle tone and sexual function. A p***s has a sponge tissue called corpora carvenosa with blood vessels supplied with blood which plays a crucial role in er****on. The pelvic nerve from the S2-S4 of the spinal region innervates this tissue and release Acetylcholine. Acetylcholine activates enzymes which breakdown an amino acid Arginine into two pieces. Citrulline and Nitric Oxide. Nitric Oxide flows into the smooth muscle cells. It stimulates target enzymes. This causes the Guanosine Triphosphate (GTP) to bind to G-Protein Coupled Receptors (GPCRs). G proteins like Gs or Gi stimulates the Guanosine cyclase to convert GTP to cyclase Guanosine Monophosphate (cGMP). Now at this stage there is an enzyme Phosphodiesterase type 5(PDE type 5) which lowers the levels of GMP by hydrolysing it to Guanosine Monophosphate (GMP). But if the temptation is too much, the road to er****on continues. The cGMP activates a Protein Kinase G (PKG) which is Serine- an amino acid and in this process functions as a phosphorylation site. PKG activates specific channels of the cell in the smooth muscles causing potassium ions (K+) to leave the cells-the process known as cell hyperpolarization. This causes to relax and blood vessels dilation. The Corpora carvenosa punches and squeeze the blood vessels as they dilates such that blood cannot drain resulting to vascular engorgement(Erectile tissue Swelling) termed as er****on. Let’s now talk about ka Blue diamond, Kifaru, or aka menshi ka Kamagra oral jelly. These are Sildenafil brands, a class of drugs called Phosphodiesterase Type 5 Inhibitors (PDEIs type 5). They called so because they inhibit or stop the enzyme Phosphodiesterase type 5 enzyme from hydrolysing the cGMP to GMP so that the levels of cGMP keeps increasing or is being maintained in order to reach the Promised Land (er****on).
