We are seeking a professional and dedicated Receptionist to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
✅ Computer literate
✅ Proficient in Smart/ Insta Hospital Management System
✅ Knowledge of Apace
✅ Familiarity with health insurance schemes and their processes
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy
✅ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy healthcare environment
