Help us facilitate the design of an African cultural appreciation program for organisations in health and community services. The program will be delivered to providers in workshop format, to support their efforts in creating culturally responsive services.

We are excited to have Chisenga Sota joining us doing an interactive session with the ladies on 10th February in Sydney.

Chisenga is the founder of Vitenje. She teaches practical skills for growing, thriving and living a fulfilled life.

Her lived experience has led her to create a wellbeing program which helps people improve holistically and to lower risks of mental health issues such as depression and anxiety.

It’s designed to help people build a firm foundation for navigating challenges of daily life, so that they can live in alignment and get the best out of themselves in any situation.

Chisenga uses evidence-based practices to ensure that people are equipped with the right tools for making positive changes that improve their life.

Watching Sydney Marathon on tv today📺😏

I made peace with the fact that I wasn’t going to participate in this one. I got the flu after the Africultures festival, and was hoping I could at least do a new PB 10km. The mind was willing but the body said no!😵

Collecting my bib was the best I could do…there’s always next time💖

✅ breathing and form was comfortable and steady…
✅had fun along the way, stopped to take pix…
💔heartbreak hill broke me, I walked half of it
⁉️No more late entries! Late start = shuffle to start, then long wait for everything!
⁉️ Don’t forget to pack protein powder for recovery
