This is very sad and serious, especially Because we live in a society that looks down on Men that express Stress and talk about their weaknesses or challenges.
The "Real Men" don't complain common slogan used in our today's world is a contributing factor to Su***de among Men
Let's do something about it. Let's encourage our Men ( young or old) to Open-up and create a Safe space for them to Heal..
I am Maimbolwa Ingombe-Independent Mental Health Advocate-IMHA and I stand with MEN going through alot with no one to Turn to because this World has wrongly taught our Males to Mask their Emotions.
