🌿 A Personal Note from Me – and a Healing Offer 💛

Some of you know that about a year ago, I had a serious fall at my former workplace that tore vital tendons in my knee. I’ve done my best to manage it, but the pain and swelling haven’t gone away.

The truth is—there may be more damage.
And I now need an MRI scan and further medical care to fully understand what’s happening and begin proper treatment.

As I work toward healing, I’ve decided to offer KCR sessions at $30 to help raise funds for my medical bills and the scan.

This is more than just a price—it’s a way for you to support me through something deeply personal, and at the same time receive something powerful for yourself:
✨ A full-body, gentle therapy that helps with pain, posture, mobility, and deep physical tension.

Session length: Around 45–60 minutes
What to wear: Comfortable clothing like leggings, joggers, or anything you can move in easily
What it involves: A series of gentle movements done from head to toe, working through the body in one flowing session—no cracking or forceful techniques, just care and precision
