Today we are in Mt Darwin speaking to men about their health.
Many men in our communities work hard every day to provide for their families, but often ignore their own health. Poor lifestyle habits such as unhealthy eating, excessive alcohol consumption, smoking, lack of exercise, and unmanaged stress can slowly damage the body.
These habits are some of the major causes of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease.
What many men do not realize is that these conditions can also affect sexual health. Problems with blood circulation, high blood sugar, and heart conditions can lead to Erectile Dysfunction (ED).
⚠️ In many cases, erectile dysfunction is an early warning sign that something is wrong with your health.
The good news is that many of these problems can be prevented or managed by setting simple health goals:

✔ Exercising regularly
✔ Reducing alcohol and quitting smoking
✔ Managing stress
