Recently, we had the privilege of facilitating a training for Community Technology Development Organisation (CTDO) staff on the Critical Intersection of Mental Health and Disability. The discussions were powerful and heartfelt, touching on mental health myths, stigma, and how to create truly supportive spaces.

Our participants challenged assumptions, shared questions about mental health awareness, and committed to advocating for inclusion not just at work but also in their wider communities.
