Sometimes, when the moon rises over the horizon in all its glowing brilliance, it serves as a gentle reminder of our own innate wholeness. Just like the moon is always full—even when it appears otherwise—we too are always complete, always love, always enough.
There may be moments when we feel disconnected, anxious, sad, or angry. These emotions can cloud our experience, but they are simply passing states—not who we truly are. When we learn to witness these emotions rather than become them, we begin to reconnect with our deeper truth.
This awareness brings us back to a sense of fullness, a sense of oneness. Beneath all the shifting feelings and thoughts, we remain whole. Just like the moon, even when it seems hidden or dimmed, our light is always there.
