Amazing remedy for a bloated stomach: Homemade coleslaw.
Homemade is much better, so we can avoid mayonnaise, which is heavy for the stomach)

Just mix shredded cabbage and carrots with yogurt, salt, pepper and a dash of apple cider vinegar to prepare.

Here I combined coleslaw with buckwheat and a boiled egg for a nice and easy lunch.

I was away from home, eating out a lot for 3 weeks so my digestion isn't the best right now. I'm focusing on eating light, lot's of homemade coleslaw. This way I'll be back to normal in a couple of days :)
