“ Hanumanasana “ ( Front Split)
🌿Benefits stretches -
- Improves flexibility of hamstrings, calves, groins, pelvis, and hips,
- Removes menstrual cramps,
- Balances the mooladhara chakra.
- Gives a feeling of grounding &
- Balances the nervous system.
🌿Preparation -
- from half split push the front heels forward slowly and gently for beginners.
🌿Be gentle to your body and keep breathing while you are entering the pose.
Or
🌿Enter the pose with push one leg front and another legs to the back *for advance *
( I won’t able to bring my back leg quad on the floor straight due to wearing a hiking boots)
