In the beginning it was, ‘The Cycling Room”, lead by Belgian Spinning Master Instructor Peter Pastijn, later evolving into 'THE ROOM' Fitness and Lifestyle Concept, the brain child and creation of Peter and Gizem Pastijn. We continue to value holistic health and wellness and offer a range of fitness and lifestyle experiences aimed at making your life a little more extraordinary.
