Dr. Rania Saada Anesthesia Consultant, Former Lecturer at Ain Shams University, she Graduated Year 1999 with Masters and M.D Degree in Anesthesia. Currently working at Abu Dhabi as Anesthesia Consultant in the operation theater. Besides more than 20 Years of experience in Anesthesia, she has a great passion to Teaching, turns any text material to sketch notes to build a visual memory for quick recall of information. During her working years she tends to conduct many of lectures and training programs in medical field & emergencies for her colleagues " Doctors, Nurses & non-medical staff "
Dr. Rania played a major role in training & preparing the staff for JCI Accreditation of their facility. She also conducted " Arabic Communication Skills " Course for her Non-Arabic speaker colleagues to facilitate their communication with Abu Dhabi native patients. The positive feedback that she received from her colleagues on her beneficial creative way of teaching that she uses, encouraged her to expand her effort to encompass other students of different age groups.
