الدكتور غرينر هو استشاري طب أعصاب الأطفال، تلقى تدريبه في الولايات المتحدة. تخرج من كلية الطب في جامعة فرجينيا كومنولث، وأكمل تخصصه في مجال طب الأعصاب في مركز وايك فورست الطبي، ثم واصل تدريبه التخصصي في طب أعصاب الأطفال والصرع في مستشفى سينسيناتي للأطفال.

Dr. Greiner is a U.S.-trained pediatric neurologist who completed his medical degree at Virginia Commonwealth University and pursued advanced training in neurology at Wake Forest Baptist University Medical Center. He later completed Fellowships in Pediatric Neurology and Pediatric Epilepsy at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

With a strong commitment to innovation and collaborative care, Dr. Greiner is known for working closely with families to create personalized, forward-thinking treatment plans. From Cincinnati Children’s to Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Dr. Mangano brings decades of extensive experience. A distinguished pediatric neurosurgeon, he played a key role in developing the Cincinnati children’s nationally recognized pediatric epilepsy program.

Dr. Mangano is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. He is a respected member of the American Society of Pediatric Neurosurgeons and the International Society of Pediatric Neurosurgery.
