Peria**l abscesses are the most common type of anore**al abscesses. These abscesses can cause significant discomfort to patients. They are located close to the a**l verge and some of them communicate with the inside of the
a**s and will create a fistula. If left untreated they can extend into the
peria**l spaces causing systemic infection.

The treatment of an abscess is surgical drainage under most circumstances. An incision is made in the skin near the a**s to drain the infection. This can be done at the doctor's office under local anesthesia or in the operating room under general anesthetic.

الخراجات حول الشرج هى النوع الأكثر شيوعا للخرجات. ويمكن أن تسبب هذه الخراجات أنزعاجا كبيرا للمرضى.وهى تقع بالقرب من حافة الشرج وبعضها يتصل بداخل فتحة الشرج ويخلق ناسوراً. إن تُركت بدون علاج يمكن أن تمتد الى مساحات حول الشرج مما يسبب عدوى نظامية.

علاج الخراج هو الصرف الجراحى فى معظم الأحوال ، فيتم إجراء شق فى الجلد بالقرب من فتحة الشرج لتصريف المحتوى. يمكن القبام بذلك فى عيادة الطبيب تحت التخدير الموضعى أو فى غرفة العمليات تحت التخدير العام.

A pilonidal sinus (PNS) is cavity under the skin that opens up to the surface usually of the natal cleft. It is thought to originate from ingrowing hair follicles and usually hair can be found in it. It may get infected and form an abscess that may need to be drained.

Pain and discharge of pus or blood are the main symptoms. New techniques like video- endoscopy or Laser allow to treat the PNS without having to remove the whole cavity. Patients can be discharged on the same day with minimal or no pain.

الناسور الشعرى، هو تجويف تحت الجلد يُفتح على سطح الشق عند الولادة عادة يُعتقد أنه ينشأ من نمو بصيلات الشعر وعادة ما يمكن العثور على الشعر فية وقد يصاب بالعدوى ويشكل خراجا قد يحتاج الى تصريفة.

الأعراض الرئيسية عى الألم وإفراز القيح أو الدم. تقنيات حديثة مثل المنظار بالفيديو أو الليزر تسمح بعلاج الناسور الشعرى بدون أزالة كل التجويف. يمكن إخراج المرضى فى نفس اليوم بألم بسيط أو بدون ألم.
