A patient came to me after three years of severe limitation of range of motion and significant knee pain that even disrupted his sleep every night. After a previous bilateral knee replacement done elsewhere, he was left with only 80 degrees of flexion and minus 20 degrees of extension on both sides. This was clearly an indication for a bilateral knee revision. After the revision surgery I performed, he’s now regained normal range of motion, is totally pain-free, and is super happy with the outcome.

Happy to share X rays of this complex hip replacement in Crowe IV High riding dislocation performed without femoral shortening osteotomy (Intraoperative monitoring for the sciatic nerve).
The most difficult part is the reduction which required extensive soft tissue and muscles release. There was no neurovascular complications. The pre operative leg length discrepancy was 7,6 cm.
