استجابة فعّالة للحالة الجوية ضمن منظومة الطوارئ الوطنية

تعامل الإسعاف الوطني مع حالة التقلبات الجوية التي شهدتها الدولة، ضمن منظومة الاستجابة الوطنية للطوارئ في مختلف مناطق الإمارات الشمالية. وشملت الجهود تفعيل الخطط الوطنية المعتمدة، ورفع مستوى الجاهزية، وزيادة عدد مركبات الإسعاف، وتعزيز الانتشار الميداني، إلى جانب التواجد الميداني لقيادات القطاعات، بما أسهم في تسريع الاستجابة ورفع كفاءة التعامل مع الحالات، بالتنسيق مع الشركاء الاستراتيجيين.

كما تضمنت الإجراءات إنشاء نقاط إسعاف متقدمة، وتفعيل أنظمة التطبيب عن بُعد لتصنيف الحالات وتحديد الأولويات، إلى جانب تعزيز التنسيق مع مراكز العمليات المشتركة. وشملت الجهود اتخاذ إجراءات احترازية لحماية الفئات الأكثر عرضة للمخاطر، مثل كبار المواطنين وأصحاب الهمم (فئة المقعدين)، من خلال تنفيذ عمليات إخلاء للحالات التي استدعت ذلك، بما يضمن سلامتهم واستمرارية تقديم الرعاية لهم.

وأكد الإسعاف الوطني جاهزيته الكاملة للتعامل مع البلاغات الإسعافية على مدار الساعة، داعياً الجمهور إلى الاتصال على الرقم 998 للحالات الطارئة فقط، والالتزام بإرشادات السلامة حفاظاً على الأرواح والممتلكات.

‏Efficient Response to Adverse Weather Under National Emergency System

‏National Ambulance responded to the adverse weather conditions across the UAE as part of the national emergency response system in the Northern Emirates. Efforts focused on activating national response plans, enhancing readiness, increasing ambulance capacity, strengthening field deployment, and maintaining on-ground leadership presence, in coordination with strategic stakeholders.

‏Measures also included establishing advanced ambulance points, activating telemedicine systems to triage and prioritise cases, and reinforcing coordination with joint operations centres. In coordination with relevant entities, precautionary measures were taken to protect vulnerable groups, including senior citizens and People of Determination, with evacuation conducted where required to ensure their safety and continuity of care.

‏National Ambulance reaffirmed its full readiness to respond to emergencies around the clock, urging the public to call 998 for emergency ambulance cases only and to follow safety guidelines and precautions.

Our Story

National Ambulance is the leading pre-hospital emergency medical care provider in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We were established in 2010 with a mission to serve the people of the UAE working with both the government and private sectors. Supported by a fully integrated Ambulance Communications Centre and utilising an advanced fleet of vehicles, we provide a variety of emergency medical care services across the UAE.

Through a dedicated 998 emergency number and 998 mobile App, National Ambulance directly serves the community in the Northern Emirates as its dedicated emergency ambulance service, part of the UAE’s vital frontline emergency response.

Under the umbrella of the Ministry of Interior, National Ambulance is a partner in national emergency response working with other emergency service providers across the country to protect the community during emergencies and times of crisis.

Across the UAE, our specialised teams also provide contracted emergency care solutions ranging from emergency medical coverage at private and public events, patient transfer for those who require transport to or from a medical facility, helicopter emergency medical services to ongoing onsite medical support. In addition, they offer emergency planning and health and safety consulting services, as well as training in first aid and other internationally accredited CME courses.
