‏‎قدم الإسعاف الوطني بالحرس الوطني أولى ورش التوعية ضمن فعاليات المخيم الصيفي لصندوق الوطن، وبالتعاون مع وزارة الداخلية، حيث أقيمت الورشة الأولى في مدرسة الابتكار العلمي بالشارقة بمشاركة 30 طفلًا.

‏‎وتأتي هذه المبادرة في إطار التزام الإسعاف الوطني بمسؤوليته المجتمعية، وحرصه على تعزيز وعي الأطفال بثقافة الإسعاف والسلامة بأسلوب تفاعلي ممتع، شمل التعريف بخدمات الإسعاف ورقم طوارئ الإسعاف 998، وتطبيق مهارات الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي باستخدام اليدين.

‏‎ويواصل الإسعاف الوطني تقديم ورش توعوية مماثلة في مدارس مختلفة على مستوى الدولة، لنشر المهارات المنقذة للحياة وترسيخ مفاهيم الصحة والسلامة لدى الأجيال الناشئة.

National Ambulance held its first awareness workshop at the School of Scientific Innovation in Sharjah, engaging 30 children as part of the Sandooq Al Watan Summer Camp and in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior (MoI).

This initiative comes as part of National Ambulance’s commitment to its community social responsibility and its dedication to raising children’s awareness of ambulance services and safety culture in an interactive and engaging way. The session included an introduction to ambulance services, how to contact 998, and hands-only CPR training.

National Ambulance will continue delivering similar awareness workshops in schools across the UAE to promote life-saving skills and strengthen health and safety concepts among the younger generation.

استقبل الإسعاف الوطني في مقره الرئيسي سعادة حسين باجيس، سفير جمهورية إندونيسيا لدى الدولة، وسعيد صالح العواني، رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة بيناوان، والوفد المرافق لهم، وتهدف الزيارة إلى تعزيز التعاون في مجال خدمات الطوارئ الطبية، وبحث فرص استقطاب الكوادر الإسعافية المؤهلة والمدربة.

وتضمنت الزيارة جولة في مركز العمليات، اطلع خلالها الوفد على آلية إدارة البلاغات والتقنيات الحديثة المستخدمة في عمليات الاستجابة.

Husin Bagis, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the UAE, and Said Saleh Al Awaani, Chairman of the Binawan Group Indonesia, along with their accompanying delegation, at its headquarters. The visit aimed to strengthen collaboration in the field of emergency medical services (EMS) and explore opportunities for attracting qualified and trained EMS personnel.

The delegation was also given a tour of the Ambulance Communications Center, where they were briefed on the emergency call management process and the advanced technologies used in emergency response operations.

The National Guard Command has announced that National Ambulance carried out over 47,000 emergency medical missions during the first half of 2025, reaffirming its vital role within the national emergency response and healthcare system in the United Arab Emirates.

According to official statistics, ambulance teams responded to 47,269 emergency cases across the Northern Emirates, including traffic accidents, medical emergencies, and various injuries. On-site emergency care was provided to over 19,400 individuals, while more than 27,800 were transported to hospitals for specialized medical treatment.

National Ambulance continues to provide vital services around the clock through the emergency number 998, as part of a broader strategy to enhance community safety and contribute to improving the overall efficiency of the national emergency response system.

أعلنت قيادة الحرس الوطني في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة عن تنفيذ الإسعاف الوطني أكثر من 47 ألف مهمة إسعافية خلال النصف الأول من عام 2025، مواصلًا دوره الحيوي ضمن منظومة الاستجابة والرعاية الصحية الطارئة على مستوى الدولة.

ووفقًا للإحصائيات الرسمية، استجابت الفرق الإسعافية لـ 47,269 حالة طارئة في الإمارات الشمالية، شملت حوادث مرورية، حالات طبية، وإصابات متنوعة. وقد تم تقديم الرعاية الإسعافية الفورية وخدمات العلاج في موقع البلاغ لأكثر من 19,400 حالة، فيما نُقل أكثر من 27,800 شخص إلى المستشفيات لتلقي الرعاية الصحية المتخصصة.

ويواصل الإسعاف الوطني تقديم خدماته الحيوية على مدار الساعة عبر رقم الطوارئ 998، في إطار استراتيجية شاملة تهدف إلى تعزيز سلامة المجتمع، والإسهام في رفع كفاءة منظومة الاستجابة الوطنية للطوارئ.

Our Story

National Ambulance is the leading pre-hospital emergency medical care provider in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We were established in 2010 with a mission to serve the people of the UAE working with both the government and private sectors. Supported by a fully integrated Ambulance Communications Centre and utilising an advanced fleet of vehicles, we provide a variety of emergency medical care services across the UAE.

Through a dedicated 998 emergency number and 998 mobile App, National Ambulance directly serves the community in the Northern Emirates as its dedicated emergency ambulance service, part of the UAE’s vital frontline emergency response.

Under the umbrella of the Ministry of Interior, National Ambulance is a partner in national emergency response working with other emergency service providers across the country to protect the community during emergencies and times of crisis.

Across the UAE, our specialised teams also provide contracted emergency care solutions ranging from emergency medical coverage at private and public events, patient transfer for those who require transport to or from a medical facility, helicopter emergency medical services to ongoing onsite medical support. In addition, they offer emergency planning and health and safety consulting services, as well as training in first aid and other internationally accredited CME courses.
