Did you know yoga can support both you and your baby throughout pregnancy, birth, and recovery? 🤍

Prenatal Yoga is much more than gentle stretching. Research in maternal health and prenatal care shows that regular prenatal yoga can help:

• Reduce lower back pain, hip tension, and swelling during pregnancy
• Improve posture and support the spine as your body changes
• Strengthen the pelvic floor and deep core muscles that support pregnancy and birth
• Improve circulation and breathing, helping both mother and baby receive more oxygen
• Reduce stress and anxiety by regulating the nervous system
• Practice breathing techniques that can help manage contractions during labour

Many women also find that prenatal yoga helps them feel more prepared for birth and more confident in their bodies.

After birth, these same foundations support recovery, help reconnect with the core and pelvic floor, and ease the transition into motherhood. And just as importantly, it creates space to slow down, connect with your baby, and share the journey with other mothers. 🤰🧘‍♀️

45 minutes of Yin Yoga & Heart Coherence with Cecilia. It’s all about softening the body and finding some inner peace from the comfort of your home. No experience needed.

✨ Tuesday | 7:15pm | In-Studio
“Deep Exhale” with Justyna. A full hour of gentle yoga and breathwork. It’s exactly what the nervous system needs to finally settle and return to ease.

✨ Saturday | 11:00am | In-Studio
Tai Chi for Calm & Balance with Christine. Slow, flowing movements to help you reconnect with your body and find your footing again.

Somatic Reset
A 45-minute guided somatic practice with Vidya to help you regulate, ground, and restore through breath and embodied awareness.
Join from home. All levels welcome.

Thursday | 7:15pm | In-Studio
Sound of Yoga
A 60-minute session blending Yin Yoga and immersive sound therapy to soften, settle, and reconnect.
Open to all levels. Limited spots available.

Our Story

Bodytree Studio is Abu Dhabi’s original and longest running Yoga, Pilates and Dance Studio.

We are a unique community space dedicated to cultivating mindfulness healing and positive change for the body and soul. Our holistic space offers the mean, women and children a relaxing environment to connect to their bodies.

Practice enthusiasts and beginners return to Bodytree year after year in order to maximize their potential for strength, flexibility, fitness and injury prevention. We are passionate about the individual and offer a personalised approach, thus distinguishing Bodytree from the traditional ‘gym setting.’ We are constantly evolving and designing new classes to stay ahead of fitness trends and customer demands.
