It was a pleasure for Dr. Mark to work with elite athlete Fall a reminder that even top-level performance needs consistent care behind the scenes.
Despite the talent, strength, and discipline that come with being an elite athlete, long flights, poor hydration, lack of stretching, and recovery gaps can quickly take a toll on the body (yes… even when your coach has been saying it all along 😉).
Dr. Mark’s biggest advice to athletes is simple but powerful: train smart, fuel your body with organic whole foods, stay away from processed foods, hydrate properly, stretch consistently, sleep well, and support your body with chiropractic and physiotherapy care.
Elite performance isn’t just built in the gym it’s maintained through daily habits, recovery, and listening to your body.
