We are looking for a hardworking and reliable HR/Admin Assistant to join our team!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organise, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacations and days off.
- Help in payroll management, preparation, and payment.
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
- Answer telephone calls and provide needed information.
- Other administrative tasks that will support the administration team.

Requirements:
- Certified Professional Coder with Dental Experience
- With knowledge in Dok32 software

Job Description:
- Submit pre approval request to insurance companies.
- Real time submission of claims.
- Cross checking ICD 10-CM codes and procedure codes before submitting to the payer.
- Ensure that clinical notes are properly filled.
- Cross checking insurance eligibility and schedule of benefits.
- Call patients about their approvals.
- Book appointment.
- Informing doctors about the expiration of approvals.
- Create templates for documentation.
- Representative during JAWDA inspection and payer audits.
- Be the contact person/representative by the company to deal anything involving insurance related matters.
- Send queries to the doctors.
- Train the doctors for proper coding and documentation as per DOH standards.
- Send report to management and doctors about monthly claims submitted.
- Upload remittance advice in the system.
- Resubmit denied claims.
- Create a report about denied claims.

Requirements:

DENTAL
- At least 2 years experience as Dental Assistant.
- Has experience with Ortho, Oral Surgery and GP.

DERMA
- Should have a laser training certificate from a reputable institute.
- Experience in using slimming machines (Exilis, Cooltech)
