Breast swelling in children:

Although alarming for most parents, because they associate any breast swelling with breast cancer, it is important to remember that breast cancer is very rare in children and most causes of breast swelling in children are not serious. Also, remember that children who are exposed to hormones such as estrogen can develop breast swelling. This exposure can be from ingesting their mother's or sister's birth control pills . Most children with breast swelling should be seen by their pediatrician to make sure they aren't going through early puberty

sport's injuries: This is the most common cause of back pain in children. Back pain is common after a minor fall or other injury which can cause a muscle pull or ligament strain. The pain can be treated with antiinflammatory medicines, such as ibuprofen, rest, and ice and it should improve over five to seven days. Back pain in children:
Chronic back pain is uncommon in children. However, children do commonly get pain after an injury. Children with back pain should be seen by their doctor, especially if there was no injury or the pain is not improving after a few days. Other warning signs that should alert you to seek medical attention include fever, weight loss, a change in the way your child walks or stands, numbness or weakness of the legs, trouble holding urine or bowel movements, pain that is constant or present at rest, and/or pain that awakens your child from sleep

Important advice for bed wetting:

Be patient. This is a persistent and frustrating problem, but one that will usually resolve as your child gets older.
Call your pediatrician if your child is also wetting himself during the day, complains of burning during urination, is losing weight, has blood in his urine, or if the problem is affecting your child's self esteem

Bed wetting may be caused by your child having a small bladder capacity (meaning it can not hold as much urine as children who do not wet the bed), not being able to tell when his bladder is full, or during times of stress. Very rarely is bed wetting caused by a disease or physical problem.
Bed wetting is defined as being primary, children who have never had dry nights, or secondary, children who are now wetting the bed, but who had previously been dry for 3-6 months
