During the holy month of Ramadan, our sleeping patterns change and so do our eating habits.
Do you wonder how your Ramadan schedule influences your sleep quality and overall health?
The Ramadan Sleep Research Project is designed to explore the impact and effect that Ramadan has on sleeping patterns, dietary changes, and overall wellbeing.
This study is led by the Institute for Healthier Living Abu Dhabi (IHLAD), in collaboration with Harvard Medical School.
Participation begins with a few short screening questions to make sure the study is a good match.
The screening takes about 2–3 minutes and all responses are confidential.
If you are eligible, you will be guided through the next steps.
Register your interest by starting the screening survey.
