I am, Dr. Swapnil, I'm a certified health coach & health educator from Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, USA and the image behind Health Arc. My aim in life is to be of service to the community, guiding them by advocating healthy suggestions and methods for a healthy lifestyle. Life throws different situations at you, some can be in the form of gifts and some as opportunities. The choices I took in my life, taught me a lot, which I value immensely. 'Every failure is a gift! Every pain and opportunity' The experience that changed my life was when I had to abandon my exams for my FRCR(Fellow of Royal College of London) and attend to my ailing mother, which gave me a different perspective in life. Seeing her recover, and then giving my exams another shot made me realize, life is not how you want it but what you can do for others that makes a difference. It truly defines and helps you discover wellness, in its true sense. A change in the right direction, is essential in health care which takes effect in your lifestyle as well. Diseases don't manifest in one day; it takes years to Build up

For Cancer to manifest it may take years before symptoms appear

For eg Prostate ,Ovarian ,Cervical cancer may not have early symptoms .
They may get detected sometimes in screening tests .

In the human body, everything happens at a set rate, and the same is true for how diseases show up.

People get sick when toxins build up in their bodies and keep getting worse over time.

We tend to suppress the early signs and symptoms by medications and then the disease manifest in much stronger form which is the rebound effect .

So getting to know the early signs and symptoms could be the solution to preventing disease.

We have trillions of bacteria in our gut
We have more bacteria compared to cells in our body .
If we weigh all the bacteria it will amount to 2 to 2.5 kg that is size of Human Brain that’s why it’s called Second Brain .
If we join all This bacteria end to end it will encircle the Earth twice .

Normally there are very few colonies of bacteria in Small intestines
But in SIBO there are abundance of bacterial colonies in Small intestines
The Small intestines is not able to handle high number of bacteria ,When the person eats foods ,The bacteria starts the fermentation of food and symptoms starts because of this fermentation
