اليوم العالمي للتطوع | 5 ديسمبر

خدمة المجتمع هي لب كل ما نقوم به في سدرة. "كل مساهمة تهم" في رسالتنا الهادفة نحو بناء مجتمع دامج بلا حواجز. وعليه يُعدّ التطوع ركنًا أساسيًا من أركان عملياتنا، ونحن ممتنون للغاية لعطاء الوقت والجهد والسخاء المُبذول في برامجنا.

كما تُعدّ دولة الإمارات رائدةً عالميًا في الكرم، حيث احتلت المرتبة التاسعة على مؤشر العطاء العالمي، وتُعزز التزامها من خلال إعادة إطلاق الإطار الوطني للتطوع والمشاركة المجتمعية مؤخرًا، المُصمّم لتعزيز روح العطاء والمسؤولية الاجتماعية والترابط الاجتماعي.

تماشيًا مع هذه الرؤية والانطلاق العالمي للعام الدولي للمتطوعين من أجل التنمية المستدامة 2026، تُوسّع سدرة برنامجها التطوعي الدامج، مُقدّمةً رحلة تطوعية شاملة، مع المزيد من فرص المشاركة وتشجيع التأمل والنمو والشمولية الواعية والمقصودة.

International Volunteer Day | December 5th

Community service is at the heart of everything we do at SEDRA. “Every Contribution Matters” towards our mission of an inclusive barrier-free society. Volunteering is a core component of our operations, and we are endlessly grateful for the gift of time, energy, and generosity put into our programs.

The UAE is a global leader in generosity, ranked #9 on the World Giving Index, and is strengthening its commitment through the recent re-launch of the national Volunteering and Community Engagement Framework, designed to foster the spirt of giving, social responsibility and social cohesion.

Aligned with this vision and the global launch of the International Year of Volunteers for Sustainable Development 2026, SEDRA is expanding its inclusive volunteering program, offering a holistic volunteer journey, with more opportunities for engagement while encouraging reflection, growth, and intentional inclusivity.

اليوم الدولي للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة | 3 ديسمبر

في أجواء احتفالية نابضة بروح عيد الاتحاد، احتفلت سدرة أيضاً باليوم الدولي للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

ويبرز شعار هذا العام أهمية دمج ذوي الإعاقة من أجل التقدم الاجتماعي، وهو ينسجم تماماً مع كوننا على وشك التحول عام المجتمع 2025 إلى عام الأسرة في عام 2026.

تبقى مؤسسة سدرة ملتزمة برسالة الدمج، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بتعزيز الوصول إلى العمل الهادف، ودعم البيئات الرقمية والمبنية الخالية من الحواجز، وإيجاد الأنظمة والوظائف التي تمكن أصحاب الهمم من العيش باستقلالية وكرامة واقتدار.

As Eid Al Etihad’s spirit of unity prevails, SEDRA commemorates the United Nations’ International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

This year’s theme highlights the importance of disability inclusion for social progress, appropriate for the UAE as we transition from the social focus of Community to Year of Family in 2026.

SEDRA Foundation remains committed to inclusion in particular to advancing access to meaningful work, supporting barrier free digital and built environments, and empowering systems and services for people of Determination to live with autonomy, dignity, and agency.

تشرفنا صباح اليوم بالوقوف مع جميع مواطني الإمارات والمقيمين فيها ومحبيها لدقيقة الدعاء الصامت من أجل شهداء الوطن البواسل وعائلاتهم. وما هذه المناسبة سوى تعبير رمزي ومهم عن اعتزازنا بتضحيات جنودنا والتضامن معهم. سائلين المولى سبحانه أن تبقى الإمارات دائماً بلدًا آمنا للجميع ليتعايشوا فيه بسلام وكرامة.

This morning, we joined the country in a minute of silent prayer to the brave national martyrs and their families. Our observance of Commemoration Day is a symbolic yet significant tribute of pride and solidarity. May the UAE always be a safe and secure refuge for all to co-exist in peace and dignity.

انضموا إلينا في نادي الفنون، المفتوح للجمهور في ستوديو الفنون - منارة السعديات.

وسنستكشف مختلف أبعاد ومظاهر قيمة الجود والكرم. كيف يمكننا تحقيق النمو والمبادرة بالعطاء؟

انضموا إلينا في جلسة إبداعية، حيث نعمل على المنسوجات لتصميم لافتتين قماشيتين ملونتين بألوان وأنماط وكلمات ترمز إلى العطاء.

وانطلاقًا من روح الجود والكرم، سنحتفظ بإحداهما ونهدي الأخرى.

التسجيل عبر الرابط في البايو.

هذا الحدث متاح لليافعين من 12 عامًا فما فوق، ممن يرغبون في تنمية مهاراتهم الاجتماعية والعاطفية من خلال الفن.
ولا بد للمشاركين أن يكونوا من أصحاب الهمم المسجلين لدى سدرة مسبقاً.

Join us for the Arts Club, open to the public, at the Art Studio in Manarat Al Saadiyat.

This month, we will be exploring the theme of Generosity. How can we grow and give?

Join us for a creative session as we work with textiles to design two colorful fabric banners with colors, patterns, and words that represent giving.

In the spirit of generosity, we will keep one and gift one.

This event is open to all youth ages 12 and above interested in building social and emotional skills through art.
Youth of Determination are required to be registered with SEDRA before joining.

انضموا إلينا في جلسة تفاعلية بقيادة فريق عمل فندق هامبتون باي هيلتون لاكتشاف المهارات والخدمات والعمليات وراء الكواليس التي تُضفي حيوية على قطاع الضيافة.

Join us for an interactive session led by Hampton by Hilton staff to discover the skills, services, and behind-the-scenes operations that bring the hospitality industry to life.

Participants will enjoy a guided back-of-house tour and hands-on demonstrations, from towel art and mocktail making to uniform and bed setup.

في هذه الجلسة الافتراضية، سنتعرف على "خطتي الجاهزة"، وهي أداة عملية لمساعدة عائلتكم على وضع خطة طوارئ منزلية مخصصة، بالإضافة إلى أداة تواصل فعالة.

Join us for a session of LifeMap: My Ready Plan as we continue the journey to emergency preparedness.

In this online session, we will be introduced to the My READY Plan, a practical tool to help your family create a personalized household emergency plan and communication aid.

This interactive session brings families together to exchange ideas and ask questions as each family begins to develop their own “My Ready Plan”.

Participants do not need to have attended any previous sessions to attend this Life Map Session.

This event is open to SEDRA registered families, caregivers and self-advocates interested in future planning.

ومحور هذا العام هو الذكاء الاصطناعي والتوظيف والتقنيات المُساعدة والذي ينسجم تماماً مع استراتيجيتنا، التي تُشجع الابتكار وإمكانية الوصول والتعاون في إيجاد الفرص لدعم مجتمع مُتماسك ودامج يوفر فرصًا عادلة للجميع.
