Returning after the holidays can feel more complex than we expect.🥹

We often put so much pressure on ourselves to set big goals, start fresh, and come back fully renewed.

But sometimes, what we really need is time to breathe 🧘‍♀️ to let things flow 🌿and to ease gently into the new year.

Here are 5 ways to return to your routine with more softness and care:

1. Ease back into your schedule
Give your body time to adapt and transition. Don’t rush yourself back into “normal.” Routine is something you ease into, not something you snap back to.

2. Write everything down
You don’t have to do it all in one day. Write your pending tasks and organise them by priority. Clarity creates calm.

3. Prioritise yourself
Moving your body and resting properly will give you more energy, focus, and awareness throughout the day.

4. Do something that motivates you
A nice coffee, cuddles with your dog, your favourite music; small moments of joy can make the return feel lighter and easier.

5. Remember your intention
Why are you doing this?
To centre yourself.
To begin your days with clarity, presence, and calm.

2026 starts by taking all the lessons from a very challenging and transformative year 🦋
I learned about myself far more than I could have imagined.
After living on autopilot, rushing, forcing, and tolerating, I finally understood something simple and uncomfortable: growth isn’t about doing more. More goals, more time, or creating a hundred expectations. Growth is about taking the time to look inside, finding peace within yourself, and creating alignment.

From 2025, I’m taking:

✨ Calm mornings: no rush, no pressure, present and intentional morning routines.

✨ Passion that doesn’t disappear when things get hard: I keep showing up, even in difficult or slow times. What lights me up is my motor, my identity.

✨ Boundaries that protect my alignment: I’m no longer betraying myself just to fit in or stay where my spark is diminished.

✨ Listening to myself more deeply: through stillness, journaling, and honest self-reflection. Practicing meditation, journaling, and breathwork as sacred rituals. Getting quiet enough to hear my inner voice.

✨ Allowing myself to feel everything: emotional awareness, giving myself a safe space to feel, understand my reactions, and continue healing with the support of therapy.

This is how I’m entering 2026 🤍
Rooted.
Aligned.
Present.

And I’m carrying these standards with me into 2026, not as resolutions, but as non-negotiables 🤍

Take a slow breath in, and a gentle breath out.

Place one hand on your heart.
Acknowledge everything you lived this year.
The joy and the pain.
The growth and the pauses.
The strength you didn’t always see.

Ask yourself:
• What am I proud of as I close this year?
• What do I want to carry forward?
• What am I ready to welcome with an open heart?

You don’t need certainty.
Just presence.

Pause.
Feel your heart soften.
Allow gratitude and trust to coexist.

You are closing this year with awareness.
And opening the next one gently 🤍
