Rehabilitation full mouth case
The patient came and he complaining from badlly carien in his upper teeth effect most surfaces of teeth with periapical absces and missing teeth for long time caused loss a vertical dimension and after we did the exam and x rays we desided the traamtnet plan by doing root canal for his upper teeth and fix temporary crowns and bridges to return the vertical dimension, later after we get the healing from the periapical absces we did the final rehabilitation his mouth by doing upper crowns and bridge with lower veneers and bridges and that is the final perfect result the we get it after 9 months of starting the treatment.

20 years female patient came with severe swelling in her upper tooth with history of old deep composite filling and after we did the exam with X-ray we found there was periapical abscess around the tooth #10 due to necrosis pulp so we did open and drain then followed by RCT treatment and then the patient came for follow up and that the new X-ray after 7 months and it’s showing the healing from the abscess with new bone generation around the apex of tooth # 10 and we were able to save the tooth from extraction
