When a mum tells me something doesn’t feel right, I listen.🤎

A baby measuring big at 36 weeks is not automatically a reason to schedule an induction. There are questions to ask, options to explore, and a decision that should ultimately be yours.

You are never obligated to say yes to a procedure you haven’t been fully informed about, or you don’t feel entirely comfortable with.

This is exactly why having someone in your corner matters. Someone who helps you understand your options, ask the right questions, and feel confident in whatever you decide.

That’s what a doula is for.

How I support women 🤍

As a doula, my role is not to tell you what to do or how your journey should look.

I’m here to offer steady emotional grounding and clear, evidence-based information, so you can make the choices that feel right for you.

Support, to me, means being present without taking over. Listening without judgement. Holding space for questions, fears, uncertainty, and intuition alike.

I work with women through conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and times of loss, adapting my support to where you are and what you need. No two journeys are the same, and neither is the care I offer.

Whether you’re looking for birth preparation, continuous support, or simply someone to walk beside you during this season, my approach remains the same: calm, attentive, and centred around you.

Why I’m becoming a doula 🤍

This has been a long time coming.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to pregnancy, birth, babies and everything around that sacred threshold of life. I always knew I wanted children. And while my own journey into motherhood has not always looked or felt the way I imagined, my connection to this world has never left me.

In truth, I’ve been doing doula work for years, just without the title. Holding space. Offering guidance. Calming fears. Celebrating milestones. Reminding women of their strength through pregnancy, birth and beyond.

It was often through the words of friends and family, “You were my doula, you know that, right?”, that I finally gave this calling the structure and intention it deserves.

So here I am. Stepping into this work fully, and honouring something that has always lived within me.

I’m currently based in London and will be moving to Abu Dhabi in the coming months, where I’ll be supporting women through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and times of loss.

I hope this space becomes a soft place to land for anyone walking the path of motherhood, whether for the first time or the fifth.
