At Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center, we provide specialized and dedicated medical care and rehabilitation services to patients requiring short-term comprehensive rehabilitation and long term care for patients with chronic illness or injury. We deliver a superior level of service tailored to meet the individual treatment needs of every patient in our care and encourage family members’ in

volvement in the patient’s treatment plan. Every patient is treated with dignity, respect and compassion while preparing them to return home independently or with assistance from family members and home health service. Our long-term care facilities in Abu Dhabi and Al In is purpose-build and offers:
• Specialist physician coverage on-site
• Senior nurse coverage with nurses who match our high international education and training standards on a 24/7 basis
• Specialized pediatric rehabilitation services
• Arabic-speaking staff

Our care programs include
• 24 hour medical and nursing care in a facility, following an acute neurological, medical or traumatic episode which has resulted in severe or permanent disability
• Rehabilitation therapy including physical, occupational and speech therapy
• Complex respiratory care, such as; BiPAP/ CPAP, or 02 therapy delivery, or tracheostomy care and does NOT require invasive mechanical ventilation
• Wound management
• Complex chronic medical management
• Cardiac monitoring
• IV antibiotic therapy
• Pain management

Physiotherapists, occupational and respiratory therapists, speech and language pathologists work with our physicians and nursing staff to provide a comprehensive approach to recovery from illness or disease or to manage a long term, chronic health issue. Our highly qualified and specialist staff are on hand to provide the most effective treatment techniques and programs to ensure you reach an optimum level of recovery and reach those goals. We are affiliated with US-based Spaulding Rehabilitation Network, a Harvard Medical School Teaching Hospital, a recognized leader in rehabilitative medicine, long-term care and home care in in the United States. This affiliation provides us access to unrivalled experience, knowledge and best practice in the sphere of long-term care and rehabilitation therapies, helping to drive regional standards in the sector. Our staff also receives regular education and training by Spaulding representatives and the facilities undertake auditing and evaluation procedures devised to promote clinical excellence.
