I have to give credit to where credit is due the book Essential Oils for Birth, Pregnancy, and Babies by Fritz in this image was what lead us to know what to do when and helped us through the whole birth, newborn and recovery process !

This image is before full on labor kicked in... contractions were there but not in full affect yet! They needed to be more intense in order for me to progress.... I was induced with a small amount of Pitocin due to low fluid..... Clary Sage is a natural oil that assists with the effectiveness of contractions and can get them going!

Apply one drop 💧 to your pinky toes on the nail bed, the inside ankle bones of both feet, and the lower abdomen every 15-20 mins.

This oil supports the nervous system, relieves tension, strengthens labor and helps with expelling afterbirth.

15 drops doTERRA Serenity Blend
30 ml doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil
Instructions:
Combine doTERRA Serenity essential oil blend* with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil \(you can also substitute with jojoba or sweet almond oil\).
Place combination in container of choice.
