The Jordhanian speech therapy center is an organization committed to the goal of improving the accessibility of quality speech and language therapy to children and adults. We will invest in the best and most effective meansin delivering these services. Our organization is established in October 2014 in al ain. It also owns the reputation of being the first and only speech therapy center in al ain. We have professionally qualified speech therapist from different countries of the world. STRATEGY AND VISION:
The mission of the Jordanian speech therapy center is to Improve the Quality of Life” for those less-fortunate in society. We also put effort to assess and treat each client in a holistic manner, respecting and supporting the interplay of all developmental domains to nurture therapeutic and academic growth. The organization dedicated to providing quality services that exceeds the expectation of our esteemed customers. We assure you that a Licensed Speech Pathologist can deliver the quality therapy at our therapy speech center. We believe in evidence based assessment and treatment. Our strategy is to choose the best therapy technique for each patient to improve the maximum. The client records will be maintained confidentially. PRODUCT AND SERVICES:
All our services begin with an intake meeting with the speech language pathologist to address client concerns. At that time we will determine appropriate assessments to administer based on the concerns. We also review any outside evaluations that have been completed and determine any additional assessments if needed. The assessments may include a parent interview, developmental checklists and standardized assessments.The therapists assess a client's needs before developing individual treatment program to enable each client to improve as much as possible. Treatment plans often involve other people with whom the client has a close relationship, for example family, careers or teachers. Assessment tasks vary depending on the type of client, e.g. baby, child or adult, and on the nature of the problem, but may include:
• identifying children's developmental speech and communication difficulties/disorders;
• assessing and treating swallowing and communication difficulties arising from a range of causes, e.g. congenital problems (such as cleft palate) or acquired disorders after a stroke or injury;
• devising, implementing and revising relevant treatment programs;
• assessing communication environments;
• monitoring and evaluating clients' progress;
• working with clients on a one-to-one basis, and in groups, to deliver therapy;
• writing and maintaining confidential client case notes and reports, as well as information for clients, careers and other professionals;
• We work as a team to improve the effectiveness of service delivery.

Speech Therapist

We are looking for speech therapist for our clinic located in Al Ain United Arab Emirates
Job Descriptions:
• Identify children's developmental speech and communication difficulties/disorders.
• Assess and treat swallowing and communication difficulties arising from a range of causes, e.g. congenital problems (such as cleft palate) or acquired disorders after a stroke or injury.
• Devise, implement and revise relevant treatment programmed.
• Advise colleagues on implementing treatment programmed and training other professionals in therapy delivery.
• Assess communication environments.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress.
• Work with clients on a one-to-one basis, and in groups, to deliver therapy.
• Write and maintain confidential client case notes and reports, as well as information for clients, colleagues and other professionals.
• Manage a caseload taking account of priority cases, waiting lists, successful outcomes, referral and discharge of service users.
• Work with others to improve the effectiveness of service delivery.
