IGEN Baby Nasal Aspirator Usage
1. Prepare the Device:
o Ensure the nasal aspirator is clean and properly assembled.
o Attach the silicone tip or nozzle to the main body of the aspirator.
2. Position the Baby:
o Lay your baby down on their back, preferably on a soft surface such as a changing table or bed.
o Gently hold your baby's head in a stable position to prevent movement.
3. Use the Aspirator:
o Insert the soft silicone tip gently into one of the baby’s nostrils. Make sure to avoid inserting it too deeply to prevent any discomfort.
o Activate the nasal aspirator, pressing the yellow colour big button up to 3 to 5 seconds until device is ON
o Allow the aspirator to clear the mucus. Repeat on the other nostril if necessary.
4. Clean After Use:
o After use, detach the tip and clean it thoroughly with warm soapy water.
o Clean the main body of the aspirator as instructed by the manufacturer to ensure hygiene and safety.
