Whatever may be your intention of practice today, if looking for a practice that brings benefit to your daily life, it is the basic and intermediate poses that does the magic. The fancy difficult poses are great, but they are generally the fruit of the basic and intermediate practice. Sure, these difficult poses put a smile on your face, getting the basic poses deeper gives your body the actual healing benefits.
Here we focus on the seated poses that give mobility to shoulders, lower back and internal organs.
At the end of the session, there is a Sound Meditation with focus on the Chakras, the energy centers of the body. Practicing the chakra meditation helps the body to calm down and balance the energy centers to keep the body function in harmony.
